AZE company provides enclosures air conditioners, they are highly efficient specifically designed for the cooling needs of electrical enclosures. They are available as IP54 for indoor applications, and IP55 for outdoor applications. Air Conditioning is required when the internal temperature is required to be lower than ambient temperature and for high heat loads.AZE company air conditioners are designed for dissipation of heat from inside NEMA rated electrical enclosures and IP rated data racks. Air conditioning is based on the heat exchange between two separate air circuits. Air circulation inside the enclosure is separated from external ambient air, protecting the contents of the enclosure from dust and moisture. In the first circuit, heated air is circulated from inside the enclosure to the air conditioning unit and returns chilled into the enclosure. In the second circuit, ambient air circulates from outside the enclosure to the air conditioning unit and returns to outside. The air conditioner digital thermostat is factory set at 35°C and is adjustable from -40°C to 55°C(adding the PTC heaters). The evaporator fan operates continuously to circulate internal air, ensuring a uniform distribution of temperature inside the cabinet, preventing hot spots. When the temperature inside of the enclosure is higher than the set-point value, the refrigeration cycle starts. When the internal temperature decreases below set point value, the refrigeration cycle stops. To ensure efficient flow and to prevent flow being directed at active components, a flow diverter accessory should be used. To prevent dirt and dust from entering the air conditioner internal components, an air conditioner filter may be fitted.
