Overview

The NEMA rated enclosure is made from galvanized steel. All seams are continuously welded and each enclosure comes with four blind nuts for wall mount fixing. Grounding studs are provided on the inside of the box and door, and wall mounting back brackets are welded on the top and bottom outside. The enclosure door is sealed with a one piece neoprene gasket and is secured to the enclosure with a continuous stainless steel piano hinge on one side and stainless steel door clamping hardware on three sides. All enclosures are painted with outdoor powder coating. Included with the enclosure is a 1/2" cable conduit connector and grounding lug.

Due to the large size of this enclosure, it can accommodate dual sets of most access points.

• Mounting Plate

The back mounting plate has provisions to mount various equipment types such as WLAN devices. With the optional bracket a wide array of PoE products and power supplies can be mounted as well. Two of these brackets can be mounted side by side. Also available is the Universal Mounting Shelf that can be attached to the mounting plate and can accommodate additional equipment to be placed in the enclosure. The plate features four standard surge protected 120 or 230 VAC outlets and a terminal strip to supply power to internal equipment.

• Hot and Cold Environments

To help ensure trouble-free operation of electronic equipment, proper operating temperatures inside an enclosure needs to be maintained. With the built-in Heater and Cooling system, internal temperatures can be better maintained. This model is ideal in Hot and Cold environments.

For the heating, it can be mounted the thermostat-controlled heaters, the heaters turns on or turn off when the internal temperature reached setup temperature. The heaters mounted on the front door, do not require the use the space inside the cabinet, leaving them all available for your equipment.

For cooling, the two thermostat-controlled high airflow, low noise fans used allows air to be pushed or pulled through the enclosure. Filters for both ports are easily removable for cleaning and replacement. The fans turns on when the internal temperature rises to setup temperature and turns off at setup temperature.
